The Goodwill games were games hosted in the 90's in seatle between several nations due to controversy with the Olympics over the USSR. The games lasted for a while, but eventually fizzled out in 2005 and everyone returned to the Olympics. This animu patch, with the help of Hirotonfa, is inspired and a creative rendition of badges once made for the games. 
It's an interesting part of history to look back on and rember
