Mio later surfaced in the US, where she joined the military. After discovering all the war crimes on the Eastern front she committed, the US found her and gave her an option to either Life imprisonment or work for them. She decided to work for Uncle Sam. She finally arrived in Vietnam in 1965 and was reported to have "captured" 6 villages with her detachment. She later went missing during operation to take out the prominent Viet Cong stronghold. She is still missing to this day.
